While regulatory hurdles limited the scalability of our original format, our mission never changed: to elevate the industry. Now, we’re taking the next big step—VAS Online. Our flagship program, the VAS Certified Adjuster Program (VCAP), brings the proven VAS training methodology to experienced adjusters seeking to refine their process, improve efficiency, and produce consistent, high-quality claim files. By teaching and reinforcing the VAS process, VCAP helps reduce loss adjustment expenses for carriers and elevates the value adjusters bring to every deployment. But that’s just the beginning. VAS Online also offers Appraiser and Umpire Certification, empowering experienced adjusters to expand their roles and capabilities. Our vision: a nationwide network of credentialed appraisers and umpires delivering consistent, defensible work product, ready to support IA firms and carriers across the country.
