About Veteran Talent Acquisition Partnership (VTAP)
The Veteran Talent Acquisition Partnership is a 501c3 nonprofit that connects leading industry sectors with skilled & experienced former military talent by proactively recruiting & placing transitioning service members into jobs identified by those industries. Skilled & experienced veterans receive little to no help in finding employment once they leave the military. They are challenged to find well paying jobs that utilize their skills and are often forced to take low paying jobs that do not utilize their skills. While industry seeks to hire veterans, they have difficulty in identifying veterans with the skills they need to fill jobs in the $55,000 to $100,000 range. VTAP will recruit skilled mid to senior grade NCOs & Junior Officers who have experience in one of four skill sets: Logistics & Supply Chain; Aerospace & Manufacturing; Facilities Maintenance & Engineering; and IT & Cyber/Application Security. VTAP will then screen, pre-qualify and place them into hard to fill jobs identified by industry partners.
