Since 2001, we have been in the building and construction industry, renovating private properties for lease & constructing new builds for private clients. Veterans in Property objective is to maintain the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, honesty and fairness in our relationships with our suppliers, subcontractors, professional associates and customers. Veterans in Property Leasing “The priority to provide affordable, sustainable housing for veterans who ultimately do not have the financial position or resources to do so. In addition, we hope in the near future to provide work and training for trades in the building industry, so that those individuals are able to support themselves and gain self-esteem in the civilian world.” Veterans in Property USP Our USP (unique selling point) is that we intend to offer position’s as HMO house caretakers as a discounted or paid position. Moreover, that we wish to offer our British Veterans work in the construction industry, firstly teaching a valued trade and allowing them to gain confidence and independence through a structured “return to civilian work” system. Furthermore, for those individuals suffering from loneliness or PTSD they will have the support of fellow ex-service personnel in which they can seek understanding, this form of ‘scaffolding’ will assist in the healing process, in the military we simply call this “banter”.
