VetRise is designed to help military veterans navigate the challenging transition to civilian life. Our program is led by veterans, for veterans, and offers a supportive and understanding community for those looking to improve their mental and physical health, build new skills and habits, and create a strong foundation for future success. Each week, we cover a different topic, from sleep and nutrition to PTSD and employment, providing strategies and resources for managing these issues. Our goal is to provide our veterans with the tools and support they need to overcome the unique challenges they face as they transition back to civilian life. One of the cornerstones of our program is our customized workout program and nutrition plan.
