VFM Services (VFM) has been offering claims handling, risk management solutions and training to the financial industry since 2000. The Company is responsible for introducing what is termed “Conversation Management” to the commercial world. It designed and developed the ground breaking New ERA Screening Process; based on a mix of forensic psychology and conversation management techniques. The one key strand throughout is customer focus. VFM is now accepted as the experts in volume fraud consultancy and has been achieving major success across a wide range of organisations which form its client base. It is constantly redefining its application or risk management to accommodate the increasing demands of an industry where fraud and risk will always be at the top of the agenda. VFM’s award winning dual training initiative in conversation management is used to combat fraud in the insurance sector, and consists of VFM’s New ERA course and an Accredited Counter Fraud Technician (ACFTech) course and qualification. This is the first time the Counter Fraud Professional Accreditation Board (CFPAB) has awarded an industry standard professional qualification to a conversation management supplier. The company has been wound up and was placed into creditors’ voluntary liquidation on 16 April 2015.
