When we are sure that the profile you are looking for fits your context, we point out 3-4 profiles that may be suitable to work in your club, leaving the final decision up to you. Furthermore, to increase the prestige of your club and allow your players to grow by gaining international football experiences, we can build wonderful football experiences in Italy for you and your club, organizing trials for your players in collaboration with professional clubs, friendlies, and tournaments. -HERE'S HOW WE DO IT -We'll have a short online meeting where you'll explain which coach you're looking for: qualification, experience, age, and characteristics. -We will build the job offer that we will share within our network. -Among the CVs we will receive, we will select the most suitable ones for what you are looking for. -We will discuss with the coaches in our network about the possible position, understand their motivations, their availability ensuring they can be the right person for you and ready to go. -We will send you the CVs of the people who have passed this selection process, with a short, immediate description. -You will inform us of the coaches of your interest with whom to hold one or more interviews. -After the interviews you will let us know which coach you have chosen for your academy and together, we will organize the steps to allow our coach to reach your academy in your country.
