About Vibe Tribe Fitness

Vibe Tribe Fitness is a gym built by strong women, made for everyone. We always dreamed about creating a space that empowers others to invest in themselves, and build their confidence through strength training. Being in the fitness industry, we have learned that there is a need for more women to take up space in the powerlifting and weightlifting communities. We have talked to so many people, especially women, who are interested in starting these sports or just want to learn how to confidently work with a barbell, but are intimidated by the typical layouts and energies of large gyms. Vibe Tribe Fitness is dedicated to filling this gap. We provide a safe and judgement free environment for anyone to start or level up their strength training. As trainers, we dedicate ourselves to continue learning on how to fill the gap even more - gaining certifications that allow us to safely train those who are injured, pregnant, postpartum, or anywhere in between. We are committed to meeting people where they are in life, and helping them make it to where they want to be.
