Vibrance supports vulnerable people to lead their lives as they wish and to challenge barriers that prevent individual choice and fulfilment. Vibrance is a leading social care provider in London and the South East providing community day and outreach services, low support housing, registered nursing and care homes, respite care and supported employment. Vibrance also offers to over 2,500 employers who are in receipt of self-directed funding independent support and advice. This enables employers who receive self-directed funds to appoint their own staff. Vibrance has been providing essential support since 1989 and the organisation has evolved tremendously over the last 33 years. The name of Vibrance was chosen after extensive consultations with stakeholders, board members, staff and most importantly, service users as it felt it provided a perfect match to our ethos of enabling people to have real control over their lives. For us, it’s all about being honest, open and committed to best practice by listening carefully to the people who use and work in our services so that we can provide the very best environment for our service users and employees to achieve the most fulfilled version of themselves. Vibrance has held Investors in People Gold accreditation since 2016 and is an accredited Disability Confident Employer. Registered Charity number 1152186.
