About Vibrant Health Education

Personal, Social, Health, and Economic (PSHE) education is often underrated, yet it is a vital channel for shaping children’s wider perspectives. Through dynamic health-building workshops and PSHE curriculum provision, VHE aims to build a strong foundation for lifelong wellbeing, empowering children with the skills and insights they need to thrive personally, socially, and academically. Founded as a Community Interest Company (CIC) in March 2024, VHE takes an innovative, educational approach that begins with teaching children how to manage their internal relationships - fostering self-awareness and agency. From there, we expand outward to the essential skills needed to navigate and nurture external relationships, from friendships and family to future workplaces. Each relationship children engage in - from self-regulation to interpersonal dynamics - has a cumulative effect that reaches into their social, academic, and eventual professional lives.
