vic advisors is a Munich based consulting office. We offer a wide variety of consulting services in the area of microelectronics and related high-tech areas. Our focus is on US based High-Tech start-up companies with an aggressive European ambition We assist early stage companies in all aspects of their European market expansion: • with market(s) assessment and business development • with sales including “hands-on” account management • with sales channel and sales partner(s) management • with recruiting - direct staff and/or channel partners • with marcom & pr The focus is the European electronics industry. If the company plans expansion in this region, we open doors to leading systems and sub-systems OEMs in telecom, consumer, industrial automation and military/security market segments We have close relationships with the executive and C and E-level management as well as with the engineering and purchasing management at major customers and will utilize those to generate business for our clients in the region. We get customers but also OEM sales and distribution partners. We can either be "your" sales office in Europe i.e. we function as active account and channel partner by meeting with customers, giving product presentations, managing account follow-up, etc. Or we assist your staff "on the ground" in Europe and complement their skills with our networks and capabilities.
