About Victoria Guest Services Network - VGSN
Since 1996, the Victoria Guest Services Network has endeavoured to centralize the distribution of tourism information, to all front-line hospitality staff throughout Victoria’s Hotels, Bed and Breakfasts, and Visitor Information Centres. Members are influential individuals, who have a great deal of exposure to, and conversation with, the tourists of Victoria. At VGSN, we take great pride in hosting monthly meetings and events where we bring the Victoria and Vancouver Island tourism community together. We aim to cultivate partnerships and networking opportunities, while educating our members to provide the most current, accurate and comprehensive information to their guests possible. We also believe in the importance of supporting local businesses, and the residents of our community. Each year we dedicate ourselves to organizing fundraising events for organizations such as The Mustard Seed, Our Place, and St. Vincent De Paul; as well as donate a large portion of our earnings to support students enrolled in tourism and hospitality programs at Camosun College and Royal Roads University!
