The roots of beginnings of the development of "VICTORIA INVEST INTERNATIONAL" sh.p.k., are at the early 90s, as “Victoria Invest” shpk, under the management of Mr. Fatmir KUÇI, conducted land and sea transport activity , becoming one of the most powerful transport company in the Republic of Albania. Immediately after the war in Kosovo in 1999, the director Mr. Fatmir Kuçi, designated as a priority the investment in this country. Mr. Kuçi, during years 1999-2001, empowered the company Hidroterm, which became the leading supplier of construction materials in Kosovo. Finally, in 2001, Mr. Kuçi founded the society "VICTORIA INVEST INTERNATIONAL Group", a limited liability company, consolidating all activities and other small sectors that had until this time operated separately. "VICTORIA INVEST INTERNATIONAL Group" , started its activity in the field of construction (low and high construction), proving quality and meaningful organization in carrying out the construction works, becoming LEADER in the road construction market of Republic of Albania and Republic of Kosova
