About Victory Human Services
Victory Human Services (VHS) is a private, non-profit organization founded in 2000 that provides in home supports to individuals with developmental disabilities and seniors in the Boston, South Shore (Brockton area) and Western Massachusetts areas. As the largest minority-led human service agencies in MA, our leadership team and Board is predominately comprised of people of color. VHS serves more than 650 clients and trains and supports an additional 500+ caregivers that supply services to vulnerable family members within their homes and community. While our VHS client profile is diverse, our strong cultural competencies allow us to serve clients from a broad range of countries of origin including: Haiti, Cape Verde, Sierra Leone, many other African Countries, Dominican Republic, Central and South America, Vietnam, and others. We have been an experienced provider of quality, culturally competent care services for 20 years,. We believe that individuals with medical conditions, disabilities and mental illness are valuable members of society and have the right to live with dignity. We are a non-profit organization with the experience, knowledge, linguistic capacity and skills to provide effective and respectful clinical care and in-home support to individuals from a variety of ethnic and racial backgrounds.
