VIDA Consulting came to life by combining Marina's (founder) professional & life experience, with Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Centric Design (Design Thinking) & Positive Psychology. We aim to support individuals on key life and professional moments, by providing career planning advice and support on the execution so they can achieve they ensure alignment with their value, goals and competencies. We also support companies on their HR, Talent and International Recruitment needs. Our main focus is to support Latin professionals to quickly ramp up and succeed in their careers in Canada by providing Acclimation Sessions during their immigration/recruitment process. More about Marina Dantas - VIDA Consulting's founder: With over 18 years of experience working & consulting in the Human Resources, People & Culture space, Marina has supported several people on their professional & life needs. She is an Organizational Psychologist with MBA in Human Resources and several certifications in Design Thinking, Positive Psychology & Employee Experience. She is known for being personable, professional, and pragmatic, with a sound work ethic. Also, a strong advocate for mental health programs and employee-centric approaches, creating positive employee experiences, business results and fostering career & personal growths.
