Gegründet wurde VideoVision 1986 als reines Videoproduktionsstudio. Die beiden Gründer waren fasziniert von den Möglichkeiten der analogen magnetischen Bildaufzeichnung und ihrer großen Flexibilität beim Einsatz für Werbung, Schulung und Dokumentation und die Kunden waren beeindruckt. Die ständig steigenden Ansprüche an Videoproduktionen sowie die Einbindung von Titeln, Grafiken, Filmtricks und Effekten stellten stets neue Herausforderungen dar, die auch immer wieder personelle und technische Erweiterung neben räumlicher Expansion bedeuteten. Der digitale Online-Schnitt eröffnete ab 1995 unzählige neue Möglichkeiten der Videofilmproduktion und erschuf eine Fülle zusätzlicher Anwendungsgebiete der Bildgestaltung. 2D- und 3D-Animation, Compositing oder Web-Design erforderten neue, kreative und qualifizierte Mitarbeiter und so wuchs auch das Team von VideoVision Jahr für Jahr. Heute finden unsere Kunden bei uns alles unter einem Dach: Redaktion und Produktionsleitung, Kamerateams, hochmoderne, volldigitale TV-Schnittplätze, Grafikstudio, Visual-Effekts-Bearbeitung, Animationsstudio, Screendesign, Text- und Sprecherservice, DVD-Authoring und Premastering.
