Videowaste is a Chicago-based analog video art collective and creative production company specializing in immersive visual experiences. We repurpose vintage CRT monitors and obsolete video hardware—what we call “video waste”—to create sustainable, one-of-a-kind installations for live events, art spaces, film sets, and branded activations. Our work blends real-time video synthesis, glitch aesthetics, and analog-digital hybrid workflows to craft visual environments that feel alive and tactile. From custom CRT video walls to modular AV systems, we bring a distinctive, nostalgic energy to modern storytelling.
