About VieNess Discover You Love You

VieNess Discover You Love You CIC is a social enterprise that teaches self-esteem and confidence to children, young people, and women, one to one, as families, in schools, groups, libraries, and organisations. With high level academic qualifications in psychology and counselling, and years of experience working with children, young people, and women, I am highly experienced to give guidance on all aspects of self-esteem and confidence. However, for me, the most important part of my experience is my lived experience. I hated who I was and how I looked, then I made the choice, once my mental health had plummeted, to change things; I used my academic and work experience, then added new tools, and became who I am now: a happy, vibrant, life-embracing human, who believes we're all here to make a difference. My aim is to leave the world a happier, kinder place than when I joined it; I have already made that happen for hundreds of people, and I look forward to doing that for hundreds (thousands!) more! Would you like to be one of them? As well as working in schools, groups, libraries, and organisations, I run confidence at work sessions in larger businesses; I host wellbeing at work sessions; and I am a motivational speaker, giving keynotes on my life story; on how to become more confident; how to live positively; living with disability; being more inclusive in work and life; and more. I co-host a podcast with Kim Furnish, of InStar Coaching CIC, called Positivity: A Work in Progress, discussing positive psychology and real-life experiences of it. I am also an author of inclusive children's picture books, positive growth books for adults, and a creator of happiness products for people of all ages.
