About Viewpoint Psychology
Viewpoint Psychology Ltd was established in 2007. We have an excellent reputation with our clients and are particularly known for delivering high quality leadership assessment, executive coaching and designing psychometrics in a mature, flexible and practical manner. We work at C-suite level in many organisations. There are two aspects of our business: 1. Consultancy 2. Product 1. The Consultancy Business has four practices: a. Leadership Assessment We deliver high quality leadership assessments using an in-depth psychological interview and write narrative reports that articulate the relative strengths and risks of an individual in relation to a specific role or role level. b. Executive Coaching We coach senior leaders within organisations to help them achieve tangible goals. A typical coaching assignment will last 12 months, at which point it will be reviewed to decide if it should continue or be drawn to a close. c. Culture Change This is a relatively new practice for us but one with huge growth potential. Typically our work starts with senior teams and we utilise our own online assessment platform in order to gather pertinent data and insight from the wider business. d. Training / Development We offer a small number of programmes that are all underpinned by psychological theory and techniques. These range from training programmes which focus on performance coaching skills for managers to facilitating team events, often utilising psychometrics such as Jung’s Psychological Type (e.g. MBTI). 2. The Product Business comprises of four main tests/surveys Through our platform we offer a number of psychometric tests, which independent consultants or companies can utilise. We also have strategic partnerships with other companies who sell our products on our behalf and use our design capability to develop bespoke psychometrics (e.g. SJTs). Our test range comprises of: 1. Aptitude Tests 2. Situational Judgement Tests 3. Personality Questionnaires 4. 360s
