Forecasting is even more crucial in the electricity sector, in order to maintain the demand-supply equilibrium in real time. The world is becoming increasingly unstable. In the electricity sector, one can think of the lockdowns in 2020, the sobriety required in autumn 2022, or in the longer term the electrification of uses and structural changes in the network (new renewable energies). Viking Conseil is developing an adaptive forecasting solution, able to adapt to the instability of our environment.
