Viking PR is the official brand under which property PR professional Andre Kappelhoff is offering his freelance services. An established property PR professional since 2005, André has worked across global client portfolios for some of London’s most reputable property PR agencies. Over the years, this has equipped him with invaluable knowledge of the property markets and media landscape. His clients include UK and overseas property developers, estate agents and service companies, covering everything from retirement properties and ski homes to luxury beachfront residences in the Caribbean and proptech companies. With a Degree in Business Management, André has a comprehensive understanding of his clients’ corporate objectives. This allows him to create engaging PR campaigns that complement short- and long-term business plans. Some of the businesses that André has implemented extensive PR strategies for include Chestertons (London), Watermark (Cotswolds), Royal Westmoreland (Barbados), Kristall Spaces (Austria), Pierre & Vacances (France), CampoReal (Portugal) and Wadswick Green (Wiltshire). To maximise his clients’ communications strategies, André has gained additional experience in the events sector, working with highly regarded bodies such as The British German Association in Belgravia and The Bahamas High Commission (for the London launch of luxury resort Baha Mar). With the urge to provide a service that is more bespoke, André set up Viking PR where he is offering his property PR services as a bi-lingual freelance PR consultant (fluent in English and German).
