Viking’s retail footprint is principally focused on high traffic cruise port and airport operations. Viking’s long run of successful operations was stopped by the Pandemic, which shut the business down for 2 years requiring a restructuring. However, since the pandemic Viking has secured and opened several highly desirable retail locations and recently has been selected as the primary retail provider for new cruise line private islands and new cruise ports being built over the next 3 to 4 years. 2023 will be the first post covid year for the Caribbean tourism industry and those investments led to Viking’s best quarter ever with revenue in excess of $10 million.
