Two days after the viewing appointment, we signed the purchase contract to realise a lifelong dream here and to share it with guests and friends & family - un sogno della vita. The beautiful house and estate was created in the 17th century in the middle of the Valtènesi wine-growing area. For centuries, the property served as a monastery, residence and winery, and more recently for many years as a highly regarded gourmet restaurant. Over 2 years we have transformed the house and garden into a unique retreat for culinary/indulgence people, triathletes, golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. You can expect three beautiful individual and air-conditioned bedrooms for 6-8 people with en-suite bathrooms, two additional WCs, a library, a living/dining room with home cinema and a vaulted cellar equipped with stylish fitness equipment.
