Our Story: Albert Ambrefe and his business partner opened their first pharmacy in Beverly, MA in March of 1956 and their second location in Lynnfield in 1961. In 1965, Albert purchased the Lynnfield location and The Village Pharmacy of Lynnfield was born. Together with his wife Lillian, they created a business known for clinical services and patient monitoring far before they became an industry standard. Today the tradition of excellence is carried on by their children, Bob, Deb, and Brian. They have evolved the business into a model for patient care, offering programs in immunization, compression hosiery, and medication monitoring and management while maintaining an impeccable level of personalized care.
