We are residential property investors and developers bases in the south east particularly focusing on projects in the Hastings and St Leonards areas. We specialise in purchasing of distressed properties with the potential to be renovated, remodelled and enhanced allowing us to obtain maximum resale values. Vince Developments was founded in 2017 and is lead by its founder Oliver Burton. Coming from a specialist events design and construction background, Oliver’s passion for the property industry couldn’t be ignored as he began residential developments on the side before moving full time in to property development. He has a clear eye for sophisticated design layouts to maximize the space and potential of there properties. We work with private investors offering great returns. We pride ourselves in building longstanding relationships based on our integrity, performance, and success. We genuinely enjoy what we do and the ‘work hard play hard’ mentality underpins our work ethic. Our identity derives from our experience of developing properties that best accentuate space and modern living.
