About Vince's Market
The mission of Vince’s Market is to serve our customers quality and fresh food through an experience of convenience, cleanliness, and accessibility provided by a team dedicated to superior service. We are committed to building long-term relationships with our team members and partner vendors in an effort to encourage high performance and personal growth. It is our commitment to make a difference in every community we serve. Vince’s Market is a small chain of independent grocery stores located in Sharon, Newmarket, Uxbridge, and Tottenham Ontario. We pride ourselves on fresh departments such as produce, bakery, meat and deli. The Vince brothers began the business in 1956. Upon Bob Vince’s passing the business was left to his daughter Carol, who ultimately sold the business to Carmen Trimarchi and his partner Mario Testa. Since 1986, the business has grown, we had partnership changes along the way with Mario exiting after more than 15 years, Brian Johns joining the team during our expansion years as well for just over 15 years, and Giancarlo Trimarchi joining his father as a managing partner in the business. All of this was built on our reputation for being the best at fresh produce and our accompanying fresh departments. Vince’s Market is operated today by Carmen, and his son, Giancarlo, with the help of their management team and dedicated staff.
