About VIP Meetings & Conventions
VIP Meetings & Conventions (est. 1982) was a pioneer in private (third party) housing. Initially the company was formed to provide full service meeting planning and exhibit management for associations and corporations. We recognized a growing need for private housing management and in 1988 we launched The Housing Solution for citywide conventions. Our first housing client was MAGIC International, which was held in Las Vegas, Nevada, had an attendance of 30,000 and utilized thirty-four (34) hotels. Since then we have performed housing for numerous organizations throughout the country; including the Democratic National Convention in Los Angeles which utilized seventy-six (76) hotels. Whether your meeting is large or small, requires three (3) hotels or thirty (30), we guarantee your attendees and exhibitors will receive the VIP service that has become our trademark.
