Vipservice Holding was founded in 1993. The holding is the largest Russian consolidator of airline and railway ticket sales, travel and related services. Vipservice is the general sales agent for Aeroflot and lead sales agent for RZD (Russian Railways). The services are provided to over 10,000 sub-agents at the Holding's Moscow-based and 6 regional representative offices in Saint Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don, Tyumen, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar. The Holding has been developing corporate tourism services for over 20 years. These services are provided in 6 Moscow offices and regional representative offices. In 2008, it launched Bitelix, an on-line travel agency. Today, Biletix is one of the three largest portals for ticket reservation and sales in the Russian Internet.
