The Virgil Abloh Foundation serves as the philanthropic arm of Virgil Abloh Securities, the creative company that upholds the far-reaching practice, teachings, and ethos of the late creative visionary Virgil Abloh. Through the Foundation, the Abloh Family will continue advocating for greater equality and inclusion across creative industries, in particular, increasing access and opportunities for underrepresented youth interested in pursuing creative careers and supporting cultural leaders and programs that meaningfully uplift communities. Virgil and his wife, Shannon, always believed deeply in the power of creativity to inspire future generations and in the creative industry's adaptability to foster change. To continue this work, the Virgil Abloh Foundation was created with a mission to open doors, break barriers, and build a more equitable and inclusive industry for youth and cultural leaders in pursuit of a limitless creative future. With an ambition to increase exposure, access, and opportunity for underrepresented youth interested in pursuing creative careers, the foundation’s work will center on insight-informed programming, partnerships, and education through the preservation of the Virgil Abloh archives.
