About Virginia Beach United
Virginia Beach United began play at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex in the USL League Two - Eastern Conference - South Atlantic Division in May 2019. The team comes together in the community with the two biggest local soccer clubs, Beach FC and Virginia Rush, working towards the common goal. The two club Presidents, George Albiston (Beach FC) and Danny Speight (VA Rush) brought the two clubs together to help the players in the area have a pathway to develop as players past their youth clubs unlike anything been done before in the area. The team name and colors say it all, “UNITED”.
