The Virginia Blockchain Council (VBC) is a registered 501(c)(6) nonprofit and nonpartisan organization. Our mission is to build a confident and well-informed blockchain and digital asset constituency in the state of Virginia through grassroots advocacy, community growth initiatives, and academic partnerships.
