About Virón | Certified B Corp

VIRÓN is a Paris-based vegan slow-fashion footwear brand launched in 2020. All Virón shoes are made from recycled, upcycled, and bio-based materials; eco-innovative and sustainable engineered. Materials used in the production of our shoes guarantee minimal use of virgin materials. Some shoes are produced from 100% recycled materials, while AppleSkin-based shoes are made with minimal use of virgin PU. All soles are made from up to 70% recycled rubber, regardless of the shoe model. All materials are sourced in the EU, and our shoes are produced in a family-run factory in Portugal. We ensure ethical production and guarantee liveable wages to everyone along the production line. We are fully vegan and PETA-certified, and we regularly donate to and support environmental, animal, and social organisations. Our identity lies in techno and disruptive counter-culture, while our main 3 pillars are: for the people, for the animals, and for the planet.
