About Virtual Brain Health Center
The Virtual Brain Health Center (VBHC) is your one-stop shop for individuals and organizations seeking ways to understand the importance of brain health and how to optimize overall brain wellness. VBHC shares the latest science for how to build and maintain stronger brains, while providing a wide variety of support and resources that can help cultivate healthier habits. THE PROGRAM With the vision to provide brain care for all, VBHC launched their virtual platform in October 2020 to provide virtual brain care services to individuals, carers, families, groups, communities, and providers. Dr. Krystal L. Culler, DBH, MA and LeAnne Stuver, M.Ed., BSN have partnered to lead VBHC. Backed with over four decades of experience in supporting adults to live active and vibrant lives, Culler and Stuver have an established record of developing, implementing, and creating international and national award-winning programs in brain health and lifelong learning. Their previous work has been recognized by the American Society on Aging, Mather Lifeways Institute on Aging, International Council on Active Aging, Southern Gerontological Society, and the Road Scholar Lifelong Learning Institute. Driven by a virtual model of brain wellness, VBHC’s programs aim to support the personal brain care of all program participants by offering high quality, live online, interactive courses that are provided by experienced industry professionals on a wide variety of topics related to healthy aging, brain wellness, and memory care. VBHC then translates the latest science into actionable steps that participants can take their daily lives now. PHILOSOPHY Brain health is... • not one-size-fits-all • about personal choices • not expensive • complex and has many moving parts for individuals • lifelong and for everyone! It is never too late to start a new brain-healthy habit!
