Virtue Therapeutic Care and Education expect to raise the standards of children's homes through the creation of genuine specialist therapeutic communities that care. Our home has a Holistic approach of Care, Therapy and Education all in a beautiful rural location. Our home are superbly furnished with caring adults and a therapeutic ethos centred around developing positive futures for young people. The structure of the home is focused on young people being actively involved in their home and their own journey towards integration into society as well rounded, safe individuals. Each home has a high level of experienced Adults (staff) supported by a Therapist and an Ofsted Registered Manager. The adults in the home recognise the impact of numerous placement breakdowns and are well experienced in developing attachments with hard to engage young people. Adults in the home balance a professional boundaried approach with nurture and genuine curiosity. The home is maintained to the highest of standards and all children are encouraged to participate in communal living whilst maintaining the privacy of their own, personalised and individual bedroom. We recognise the vital role that Education plays in the development of a child's future and our adults work tirelessly to support Children to obtain the highest possible standard. Children are encouraged to independence through a carefully designed programme aimed to push young people to demonstrate safe behaviour and gain trust. We believe that every child deserves a Champion, an adult who will never give up on them, who understands the power of connection and insists that they become the best they can possibly be.
