About Virtuous Circle Counselling

Vicious cycles are harmful and detrimental and will have you feeling like you are in a rut that you cannot get out of. Virtuous circles come from places of nonjudgmental and growth. At Virtuous Circle Counselling we know mental health is important and we aim to facilitate the change you seek. Our Registered Psychologists and experienced Therapists offer in-person sessions, online therapy, or phone counselling to help support our clients. We firmly believe that a therapist is there to hold your darkest thoughts for you, so that you don’t have to live in them anymore. We have developed our Calgary Counselling Services on this premise of positive reinforcement. We offer individual counselling, relationship counselling, couples therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement and desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR).
