About Visalia Rescue Mission
Visalia Rescue Mission exists to confront the life-controlling circumstances of homelessness and addiction with Christ-centered services, programs, and resource counseling to build hopeful futures. In 1981, VRM started as a soup kitchen to serve those in need of a warm meal and a place to rest. It has since grown into the largest privately funded, non-profit organization in Tulare and Kings Counties thanks to our faithful donors and supporters who believe in the work of Visalia Rescue Mission.
