Framework I - Ideation - map the new concept(s) D - Develop- the framework & scope E - Expand - structure & application A - Activate - create an action plan S - Strategise - the integration & scale Vision Activation Day - expanding and integrating your concept or business idea These immersive days are designed to take you from chaos and confusion to clarity. In these sessions we get everything out of the Visionary’s head, creating a road map that mobilises the entrepreneur from idea to function to realise revenue as quickly as possible. 360 Activation Studio In these sessions I work with thought leaders and experts with their ideas and content, joining them along the journey of product design, from initiation, consolidation all the way to market ready or launch. These sessions range from 1-5 days, depending on the material and the scope.
