Vision Integrated Partners (VIP) is a practice and ambulatory surgery center acquisition and management company, backed by The Firmament Group. We partner with leading Ophthalmologists to help them realize the value of their hard work to develop the practice. Once an acquisition is complete we focus on developing and funding, customized growth strategies with our physician partners to maximize the future of the practice. We also provide administrative support including finance and accounting, HR and benefits, staff recruitment and training as well as ASC development. Our goal is to enable the physicians to focus on patient care with the assurance that their practice is running efficiently. We strive to provide the best experience for our physician while providing leadership and a great work environment for the practice team.
