OUR MISSION: Our mission is to create relationships, not transactions. In this endeavor, we seek to enrich the experiences of those we engage with. All Vision North certified coaches and practitioners are long-tenured former senior executive leaders. Each team member has a passion for the art of effective leadership and a passion for paying it forward to the next generation of leaders. OUR EXPERTISE: Our expertise is the unique combination of experience, education, and practice. Each practitioner is ICF certified and has served at least twenty years in a senior leadership role. This model intentionally aligns practical and conceptual expertise to enable each of our coaches to be able to both relate to and empower our clients.
