Our mission at Vision One is to clarify direction by making the numbers understandable and meaningful so that our clients can focus on what they do best. This allows us to help our clients maximize profits, minimize taxes, improve cash flow and build business and personal wealth. We can accomplish our mission by providing our clients with experienced professionals at a fraction of the cost of hiring a full-time Controller or CFO as well as we can either support or replace higher cost and less efficient staff. We save our clients between $10,000 to $50,000 per year in employee efficiency, alone. Specifically, we provide or oversee our clients businesses through forecasting, KPI management, banking relationships, accounts payable (billings), accounts receivable (invoicing), payroll, internal controls, and cash flow management.
