Vision Pursue (VP) uses training, coaching and our proprietary app to improve the way people experience the external world. We call this Performance Mindset™. A group of people can have the same external experience and have totally different internal experiences solely based on their mental processing or mindset. How do you experience a typical workday? Our surveys show that most people experience a typical workday as primarily stressful, annoying and monotonous. They also have trouble focusing, being present at home and sleeping. What’s the point of “succeeding” if this is how you experience work and life? How can you create an inspired culture when people are having a negative life experience? VP’s training, coaching, and app contain the mental skills that improve life experience by improving mindset. These skills include focusing on the process, emotional response, mindfulness, and meditation. The skills used by many elite athletes and sports teams. Stress is reduced, and focus, sleep, and enjoyment are enhanced. Once the mind is right, culture, performance, and results follow.
