At Visionpath, we're on a mission to make early careers more equal. Our vision is for a future where a young person's background doesn't limit their career potential. Making it easier for school leavers to access skills, experience and career opportunities with inclusive employers is the key to making this happen. That's why we create bespoke early talent solutions for employers to reach, recruit and retain diverse school leavers. We unlock skills and careers for those who need them most; help organisations of all sizes to build more diverse talent pipelines; and together drive change on social mobility. Social mobility is in our DNA at Visionpath. We were founded in 2008 by a school leaver from a social mobility background, because of his own challenges getting into work when he left school. He wanted to change the game for others like him and help employers find talent with huge potential, but limited access. Today, we've worked with over 50,000 young people and helped employers like LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Mars, Mindshare, Novuna and Ofcom to reach, recruit and retain diverse school leavers.
