Hi, my name is Luke Ensabella, director of ‘Vista Accounts’. I am a self-employed Registered Tax Agent, Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), NTAA Public Accountant, Fellow of the NTAA and Xero Advisor Certified Silver Champion Partner. Vista Accounts offers professional accounting and taxation services to a select clientele. The company is fully registered with the Tax Practitioner Board as a Registered Tax Agent for the Australian Taxation Office. With over 25 years experience working in general public practice I have a diverse and extensive hands on practical experience in the accounting industry. My focus is small business, with a particular interest in the road transport industry. Rest assured I am definitely not your typical boring Accountant that you would generally encounter in this industry. Far from that in fact. I have noticed one disturbing trait common throughout the industry… the majority of practitioners have forgotten who they actually work for… that is their clients (and not the other side!) Do you know how many times I have heard comments similar to “accounting would be so much easier without hearing from or dealing with clients”… insulting words coming directly from the mouths of accounting managers and practice owners. You may be surprised how commonplace this attitude is, in my opinion a disturbing observation wouldn’t you agree? I want to hear from my clients, engage with them. I regularly meet with and visit my clients. I genuinely have a keen interest in building strong personal relationships with my clients. I focus on providing practical and meaningful advice. I offer individually tailored solutions. I want to work with my clients in an effort to help them to successfully manage and grow their business. I strive for a win-win result!
