Our services provide short term and long-term MOBILE coaching and training support to your technician staff. This is done by providing on-site, hands-on skills training as well as lecture sessions for learning details necessary in the field. What sets us apart from the very few others offering this type of service, is our approach. We want to build a relationship with the practices we serve. You will speak to the same person, see them as often as needed and develop a lifeline for years to come. Our goal in creating this business model is to take the logistics out of providing quality training. We travel to the location of choice by client, no matter which state that may be. We can train while the clinic is open and seeing patients, allowing revenue and patient care to continue as usual. No more closing the office for training days or limiting patient load, to allow for training. Our belief is that by empowering other ophthalmic technicians with skills and relational training, we can change the path the eyecare field is currently following and make a difference in the world of healthcare. The patient/doctor relationship model has changed a lot over the last few decades. That doesn't mean we should eliminate the concept, but rather adapt and redesign our method of execution. Ophthalmic technicians can be the bridge that makes the patient feel as though they are valued and important, and most of all -- in expert care for their vision needs.
