Visyload is an Australian manufacturer of game changing, load sensing washers for the mining, construction and other heavy duty industries. The Visyload washer is a NATA Accredited component that lets the user know, at a glance, the working load limit on a rock bolt or threaded anchor. It provides an easy, quick reference way to reliably trust if it is safe to suspend a load from a rock bolt or a threaded anchor. While load sensing washers are not new to the market, Visyload has developed a market leading solution that out-performs all others in the market place. The Visyload washer has tabs that curl down when they deploy. This indicates the applied tension or torque. There are different models for different weights. The three-tab washer is for three tonne weights. The four-tab is for six tonnes and the five tab is for up to eight tonnes. New models for other weight limits are currently in development. Visyload has been developed in Australia, by Australians and is manufactured in Australia from heat certified steel and other raw materials under an ISO9001 accredited quality system, and have been performance tested and accredited in an NATA certified laboratory.
