Our Mission is to orchestrate superior managed care, encourage holistic mental health well-being, and to increase mental health awareness through holistic personalized care that will encompass and prioritize the mind, body, and spirit. Vitality by Kym (VBK) specializes in managing disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and OCD, and we have significant experience in working with those that are LGBTQ, homeless, or severely mentally ill. VBK practices across-the-lifespan, meaning that we see children, adolescents, and adults of all backgrounds. Healing from mental distress requires identifying its source, and treating the problem at its core. The difficult journey toward mental health wellness can be eased with holistic interventions alongside traditional treatment modalities. At Vitality by Kym, we encourage our patients to explore the core of their mental health concerns. We offer holistic treatment plans that can be used without or in conjunction with medication management. At Vitality by Kym, the goal remains to strive for the best most befitting plan of care for our clients.
