About Vitality Counseling Center
Everyone has experienced the impact of stress or mood on their physical health at some point, whether it be chronic pain, GI issues, headaches or migraines, fatigue, weight gain or loss, etc. These symptoms are marked by their difficulty being resolved by doctors. No one ever wants to hear that it's "all in their head" because it may feel as though you're not being taken seriously or you simply feel helpless. However, there is some truth behind that statement. We live in a society that is very intolerant of discomfort and this actually breeds suffering. I see my role with VCC as filling the gap between mental and physical healthcare that so many of us want to avoid delving into. The truth is though, we cannot live fully or feel better until we acknowledge that there is an undeniable link between ALL aspects of our mind and body. I'm here to provide a safe, supportive space to explore your full experience and guide you in fully engaging in your life according to your values.
