VitalSigns was created, developed and is under the direct supervision of the physicians of Trinity Medical Associates. As a result, it employs the most current scientific and medical findings in nutrition and cutting-edge advancements in exercise science. VitalSigns is conducted by a professional medical team with advanced certifications and credentials in their respective fields. Our goals are permanent positive lifestyle change, weight loss, sound nutrition, postural correction, improved muscle tone and a healthy perspective.
