The mission: Help you lead wholeheartedly towards a brighter future. The idea is simple: Performance is unlocked by tapping into our physiology, creating more passion (energy) and directing this towards a compelling purpose. Vitamin P stands for: - Physiology: Creating safety in the body through regulating the nervous system will unlock leadership capacity and ambition for growth. - Passion - generating energy to lead self and others creates the condition for thoughtful rather than habitual ways of being and showing up everyday. - Purpose: Directing this energy and grounding in a meaningful direction that other people want to be part of creates drive and motivation. Founded in 2022 following the COVID pandemic and almost a decade as a leadership coach, Philip Brady, the founder of Vitamin P Coaching noticed the connection between the physiology of leaders and their wellbeing and performance. A key part of this wellbeing, rarely looked at in the corporate world, was the physical body and specifically the nervous system. This was used elsewhere in sports e.g. powerlifting but had transferable application to the corporate world. As a company, we are dedicated to unlocking potential and performance by improving attention on the body and the small consistent actions that if habitually acted upon, create sustainable performance. As part of our work, we also focus on creating as much organic growth from our work as possible and so plant a tree for each individual we work with in the highlands of Scotland and will continue to find ways to become more circular as a company as we scale and grow.
