About Viva Adventures

Viva Adventures SRL is a tour operator based out of Costa Rica, which has been operating since 2012. We specialize in creating custom adventures for groups and families, primarily in the Americas as well as Europe. Our mission is to offer unique and authentic experiences to our clients. We partner with small businesses and entrepreneurs around the region and form long term partnerships, and are thus able offer our clients experiences that they would not be able to re-create on their own. We pride ourselves on our local connections and the years of trust and relationships that have been built over time. We work with a number of universities from North America to design custom study abroad itineraries that include elements of the local culture, sustainability practices, and of course adventure. We also are the leaders in travel in the famed Blue Zone of Costa Rica, having been running trips in that zone since 2016. We are proud to live the Blue Zone experience on our trips — practicing the health and wellness principles of daily movement, healthy eating, enjoying time in community, and also encouraging rest & relaxation. We never sell anything that we have not personally seen or tested ourselves to ensure that we offer safe, professional, and fun experiences that fit the group's goals and experience level.
