The Vivian name is well known to many in the area for the landmark Vivian’s Plumbing business that for decades operated in Cottesloe, near the Boat Shed. Now the Vivian name re-emerges as a new, independent force in the local real estate sector. A Cottesloe resident for three decades and having worked in real estate in the area for over half that period, Gill Vivian decided the time had come to take her love of people and selling property to the next level. The mother of Olympian gymnast Olivia Vivian, Gill understands and embodies the qualities of motivation and endurance it takes to achieve at the highest level. She brings a hard-working and ethical approach to doing business that has seen her set sales records when she was a leading sales executive at a reputable Cottesloe agency, and will be the hallmark of Vivian’s Residential in the future. Her many loyal and long-term clients will attest that Gill always goes the extra mile for them and has a real passion for getting people into the property that’s right for them, without the hype or marketing hoopla. Joining Gill in the business is her son Trent, as a Director and Sales Associate. Our Property Management Team is headed up by Sharon Pimlott as Senior Executive Leasing & Business Development Manager. Sharon brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge.
